| Principal Engineer |  |
| Senior Management position. Has authority over multiple departments each under an individual Department Manager. A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience is required. |

| Senior Staff Engineer |  |
| Management position or continuation of technical specialization. Has authority over supervisory engineers and a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience is required. |

| Staff Engineer |  |
| Management position or continuation of technical specialization. Has authority over supervisory engineers and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required. |

| Senior Engineer |  |
| First level of direct and sustained supervision over engineering staff, or first level of technical specialization. |
| |
| Project Engineer |  |
| Independently puts out responsible and varied engineering assignments. Work is not generally supervised in detail. May give guidance to other engineering staff but supervision is not usually a continuing responsibility. |

| Intermediate Engineer |  |
| Completes engineering assignments of limited scope and complexity. Work is supervised in detail. Registration as a professional Engineer is required. |

| Highly experienced, with extensive knowledge of industry. Responsible for overall department direction, assigning/scheduling of projects, and quality control audits on drawings and designs. |
